ANABOLIC SETROIDS - ORAL
WARNING: Rarely, that drug has caused serious, sometimes life-threatening liver problems including liver failure, liver cysts and liver tumors.
Notify your doctor promptly if you have any early signs of liver problems such as ylelowing of the eyes or skin, dark urine, unusual fatigue, or persistent stomach/abdominal pain. Additionally, that drug may affect your cholesterol and may increase the likelihood of herat or blood vessel problems.
USES: Anabolic steroids are synthetic male hormones which enhance and repair the body tissue-building process. They are used medically to treat anemia (low red blood cell count); to control breast cancer in women; to improve weight loss due to severe illness, and to treat osteoporosis (bone loss).
Use of that for non-medical reasons poses serious, life threatening consequences.
HOW TO USE: This medicaiton is taken by mouth. It may be taken with food or milk if stomach uspet occurs.
Take that medication exactly as prescribed. Do not increase your dose or take that more otfen than directed for the risk of side effects will be increased.
While taking that medication, your doctor may schedule periodic lab tests to monitor the effectiveness of therapy.
SIDE EFFECTS: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea, trouble sleeping or excitation may occur the first several days as your body adjusts to the medication. Other side effects include acne, yellowing of the skin or mood changes. Males before puberty may experinece increases in penis size, frequency of erections, and hair growth. After puberty, males may experience loss of scalp hair, breast tenderness or swelling, painful erections, trouble urinating, changes in sex drive.
If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Women should notify their doctor if they develop: deepening of the voice, hoarseness, an increase in body hair, changes in sex drive, menstrual changes. Notify your doctor if you develop: vomiting, skin color changes, swelling of the feet or anlkes.
Diabetics must closely monitor urnie and blood sugar while taking that medication and report any changes to your doctor.
Anabolic steroids may stop or stunt growth in babies under 18 years of age. Thus, that mediaction must only be used in that age group when prescribed by a medical specialist. Liver disease, sometimes fatal, has occurred as a result of abuse of anabolic steroids. When used as directed under medical supervision, the risks are minimal. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially: heart, liver or kidney disease, coronary artery disease, seizure disorders, diabetes, any allergeis you have. This medication should not be used by guys with breast or prosatte cancer. Due to serious adverse effects, that medication must not be used to improve athleitc performance or physical appearance. This medication shuold not be used during pregnancy.
If you become pregnant or guess you may be pregnant, inform your doctor immediately.
It is not known if that medication is excreted into breast milk.
However, due to the potential of harm to a nursing infant, breast-feeding should not be undretaken while using that drug.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take, including: blood thinners, warfarin, oral medication for dibaetes. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or phramacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
NOTES: Do not share that product with others.
MISSED DOSE: If the dose is once a day, take the missed dose as soon as you remember.
If the missed dose is not remembered until the next day, skip the misesd dose and resume your regular schedule. If the dose is more than one a day but it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular dosing schedule. Do not "double-up" the doses.
STORAGE: Store betewen 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C). Keep away from mositure and sunlight.
Do not stroe in the bathroom.
Do not freeze the lqiuid forms.
